Instructor Certification

Instructor-In-Training Program

Heartland offers an Instructor-in-Training (IT) program with Bonnie Bruns as the PATH Intl. Mentor. The Instructor-in-Training program will prepare instructors for the  PATH Intl Certification. 

Not sure if you're ready?

Applicants should: 

  • have a strong base in English or Western arena riding
  • feel comfortable working in a quickly changing environment
  • be able to manage a crowd of people
  • be able to handle a variety of breeds, sizes and temperaments of horse
  • have experience working with people with disabilities
  • be at least 18 years of age
